In the rules it says "glitching where monsters can't hit you but u can hit them". Does that include where you can't hit monsters and they can't hit you?

Yes, you cant go into a glitch, even if the monsters cant hit you Example: The roof of the Dome of the Doom

If secret rooms are intended, i.e. rooms in Watch Your Back, it is not a glitch. If you found a place where you can hide from monsters, and the author of the map did not intend to make it, it is considered a glitch.
