When i played as adrenaline master i noticed that there's a problem with lightning bolt. Problem is that it sure does work way too good. When using Lightning Bolt and triple damage at same time it kills monsters instantly and others cant kill anything. Also because huge amount of kills adrenaline never runs out until theres no monsters left. That can be done most waves.

So it's too powerful compared to others (even tank is no match for that) and you should do something about it.

Couple suggestions.
- Remove it.
- Reduce damage that lightning bolt does.
- Change it so that killing/hurting with lightning bolt doesnt give any adrenaline. (if possible)
- Or something.

Currently the lightning bolt does 4 damage per adrenaline used(lightning beam does 6 damage per adrenaline since it requires aiming). Were you playing as an adrenaline master with this, or with a different class? This could be nerfed, but thats up to pixel first.

I get a few complaints about the Lightning Rod and Triple Damage combo but then the next game people will tell me that Adrenaline Masters need an upgrade.

This is kinda like the Tank situation. People will tell me they cant get kills cause a tank is killing everything. So to solve that problem without taking the tank away I just added less Arena maps to give everybody a chance to kill something.

I think the same will probably apply to the lightning rod/triple damage combo. Or I could just make it so you cant have both active at the same time.

What I'll do for now is go through the Map List and take some Arena maps out to make it so Adrenaline Masters aren't killing everything that spawns.

Another thing I could do is lower the amount of Adrenaline you gain from double, multi, ultra, mega, luda, monster, holy shit kills. I think one Holy Shit gives you like 40 adrenaline or something like that. Making it so you never run out of adrenaline.

Tanks are slow and tank has to hit monsters 3 or 4 times before they die...Bolt+triple makes players fast one hit spawnkilling mashines..I know it because I used it today myself too..It kills vagarys and lusifers instantly too and yesterday it killed all the vemons...Tanks healt runs out very fast when monsters shoot at it so tanks killing period isnt that long. It could be changed to palladium tank witch is not that powerfull.


Getting "2 spawnspot" arenamaps out is very good idea. Ordinary maps are hard but victory is much more revarding on them.

Yes taking arenas out will help alot also makes more difficult to engineer use manta or tank to wipeout everything.

That Paladin what Raisa suggested would also be nice to see. I have played vehicle invasion and paladin is not strong like goliath, but because shield that can take few rocks also makes it survive longer.

Thinktank group has created beta link scorpion for rpg a while ago. That would be nice have to engineers summon instead regular scorpion.

Also since weapons master is not very popular and they dont have any really their own very "special" thing. Due to the requests for the Paladin I replaced the Tank with it and also replaced the Scorpion with the Link Scorpion. Some altering will need to be made to make the link from it be able to heal players armor.

I was playing on the server today and I noticed the same thing, people with triple damage and lighting bolt take out things fast. I actually had a lightning beam, and I have to say I killed quite a lot with it, even without triple damage, but I didnt kill as fast as the person with bolt because its automatic and he also had a triple damage on. I think the adrenaline bonus from all the double kills, multi kills, mega kills you get is what allows the person to keep on lightning bolting everything in sight.
